Este ep salio el mismo año que catastrophe ballet (1984), aunque de hecho fue su primer trabajo de Christian Death (1981), su sonido es bastante bizarro y denso (Escucha desesperate hell), este ep contiene solo 6 pistas de las cuales 3 son interpretadas en Only Theater Of Pain, si eres curioso descargalo.
